  1. As stated by Stanford Medical, It's really the ONLY reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh 42 pounds less than we do.

    (By the way, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING related to "HOW" they are eating.)

    BTW, What I said is "HOW", and not "what"...
